HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. celery
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can mushroom soup & water as needed
1/2 c. stuffed chopped olives
1/2 c. catsup
Salt
Pepper
1 can biscuits

Brown the first 4 ingredients in a frying pan. Add cream cheese, soup and water, olives, catsup, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes at 375 degrees, then take from oven and put can of biscuits on top. Return to oven until top is done.
