MANDARIN DUET SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling liquid (water or fruit juice)
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Add oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold and chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia Fruit Salad.

AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD:

1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. commercial sour cream or 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. cut up or miniature marshmallows

Mix all ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. 10 to 12 servings.
