1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 (15 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges

Reserve 1 cup of mandarin oranges for garnish. Mix remaining ingredients together and refrigerate.
