MANDARIN DUET SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange flavored gelatin
2 c. hot water or orange juice
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (1 2/3 c.)
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 c. bite size marshmallows

Using first column of ingredients, dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Immediately add orange sherbet and stir until melted. Add mandarin oranges. Pour into 2 quart ring mold. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

Meanwhile, make fruit salad with second list of ingredients, combining all. Chill in refrigerator several hours. Unmold gelatin ring and fill center with salad.
