MANDARIN SALAD 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. mandarin orange sections, drained
1 c. slivered toasted almonds or pecans (optional)

Mix well by stirring gently in order given, except nuts. Add mandarin orange sections last and fold in gently. Chill for several hours or overnight. Add nuts just before serving. Serves 4-6.
