BISHOP'S BREAD 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 bar sweet chocolate, broken in pieces
1 c. whole dates
1 c. whole Brazil nuts
1 c. whole walnuts
1 c. whole maraschino cherries, drained

Beat eggs; add sugar; beat again. Sift together baking powder and flour. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in whole fruits and nuts. Line a loaf pan with waxed paper. Bake in 310 to 325 degree oven for 1 hour 25 minutes. Cover with paper bag about half of baking time.
