MARSHMALLOW CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. pastry flour
1 c. milk brought to boiling point
7 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients and add hot milk. Beat egg whites, cream of tartar and vanilla until stiff. Fold in. Bake in 325 degree oven about 1 hour.
