POT-A-CHIN-WAU 
1 lb. ground pork
4 cloves crushed garlic (or 2 tsp. garlic powder)
1 diced onion
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream corn
Boiled potatoes, mashed

Brown pork with garlic, onion salt and pepper. Boil and mash potatoes. Drain pork with a slotted spoon and put in a casserole dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Spread cream corn over meat mixture. Spread potatoes over the cream corn. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
