CRUMB COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow or marble cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water

TOPPING:

2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to directions mixing in eggs, butter and water. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake only until top is set (about 10 to 15 minutes). While cake bakes, prepare topping: Combine butter, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla. Add flour until coarse crumb texture. Crumble topping over cake. Finish baking (use toothpick test). Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top while cake cools. Freezes well. Yield: 12 servings.
