ITALIAN STYLE SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. of ground beef
1 3/4 c. Prego onion and garlic
4 oz. of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 hamburger split and toasted

In 10 inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve on buns. Makes 3 cups or 6 sandwiches.
