RHUBARB CREAM PIE | |
4 c. washed, chopped rhubarb 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. flour Mix well the sugar, eggs and flour. Pour over rhubarb and place in unbaked pie crust. (Can put lattice crust on top if desired.) Bake at 375 degrees until done, 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
