SWEET POTATO - PEACH DELIGHT 
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly; add nuts. Arrange yams and peaches in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with sugar mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Then sprinkle with marshmallows and bake until browned.
