LIME PIE 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
4 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. grated lime rind
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipped cream, whipped
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Soften gelatin in cold water. Mix egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, and lime juice together and cook in double boiler until thick. Stir in lemon rind. Cool and fold in gelatin and egg whites which have been beaten with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff.
