CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 egg, beaten
Dash hot sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. parsley
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into cakes and fry in 1/2 inch of oil until golden brown, over medium heat. They can also be frozen to fry later.
