HOT MUSTARD SAUCE 
4 oz. or 1 1/2 c. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. dark vinegar

Mix and allow to sit overnight or at least 6 hours. Add 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar and 3-4 eggs, beaten. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
