YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 stick butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and milk. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Melt butter in large baking pan and pour batter in. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 20 minutes more.

To serve: Place slices of roast beef on top of Yorkshire Pudding square and top with gravy.

For Smaller servings: Divide recipe in half.
