POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4-5 chicken breasts, boiled and cut in chunks
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sticks butter, melted
2 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. chicken broth

Spread chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish. Combine sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken. Mix butter, poppy seeds, and cracker crumbs. Cover the chicken, etc. with crumb mixture. Drizzle the chicken broth over entire top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
