MOIST AND CREAMY COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar

Bake cake and cool for 15 minutes. Poke holes in cake with a meat fork.

Combine milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute. Spoon on cake and in holes. Let cool all the way then mix 1/2 cup of the coconut with Cool Whip and spread on. Sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill overnight. Store in refrigerator.
