PAYDAYS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
Pinch of salt
1 c. creamy peanut butter
6 c. Rice Chex
1 1/2 c. Planter's cocktail peanuts

Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Measure cereal and peanuts into large mixing bowl. In saucepan, mix sugar, syrup and salt and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour over cereal and nuts and mix until cereal is coated. Press lightly into baking dish. Cut into squares.
