BEEF BBQ SANDWICHES II 
6 lbs. chuck or pot roast
1 whole pkg. celery, chopped
3 chopped onions
1 family size catsup
5 tbsp. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco
3 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Place all ingredients, except meat, in large roaster. Bring to a boil. Add meat. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 7 hours. Skim grease off. Shred meat and add back to sauce.
