SPINACH AND LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head of Romaine lettuce
1 head spinach leaves
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 lb. bacon, crisp
6 boiled eggs

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped onion
A couple squirts of lemon juice

Cut up lettuce and spinach and mix together. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, bacon crunched up, eggs, diced thinly over lettuce. Blend dressing ingredients together in mixer. Pour over salad mixture. Ready to eat immediately.

Note: You can use 2 heads of lettuce instead of lettuce and spinach.
