Break together equal parts of spinach and lettuce.

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cream or milk
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over the salad and top with bacon bits and croutons.
