FAY'S OAKIE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice

TOPPING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant pudding pineapple

Mix together cake mix, oranges (including juice), oil, eggs and beat for 2 minutes. Bake in 3 layers at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Drain pineapple, saving juice. As soon as cake is taken from oven, pour pineapple juice evenly over top and let cool. Mix topping, using drained pineapple and spread over cooled cake.
