GRANDMA FAY'S FILLING 
1 loaf cubed bread
Chicken broth (a little to make bread moist)
2 eggs
A little milk (about 1/2 c.)
2 stems celery, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
Parsley
Brown butter

Mix bread, broth, eggs, milk, celery, onion, parsley by hand in large bowl. Pour browned butter over and mix with this bread mixture. (Leftover mashed potatoes may be added also.) Bake approximately 35 minutes at 425 degrees until lightly browned.
