CHINESE - STYLE MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. sesame oil

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into a loaf and bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Bake another 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Slice and serve hot. Serves 4.
