SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
2 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef with onions, drain well. Then mix all ingredients in a skillet or casserole dish and place in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
