CROCK POT SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 2 c. cream-style Cottage cheese 1/2 c. butter, cut into pieces 1 1/2 c. cheese, cubed (Cheddar or American) 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. |
