SPINACH CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
3 unbeaten eggs
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 c. butter, cubed

Mix thoroughly all ingredients in order given. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
