CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 pan cornbread, broken into pieces
3/4 long loaf of white bread, torn into pieces
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 or 4 green onions
1 c. celery, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Enough chicken broth to make a heavy batter

Cook in a well greased pan until light brown at about 425 degrees.
