VIDALIA FRENCH ONION 
1 Vidalia onion
1 beef bouillon cube
butter
Grated Mozzarella cheese

Peel and core out the middle of the onion (like you would an apple). Place the bouillon cube in the middle of the onion, then fill with butter. Place in glass dish and cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, depending on how many onions and size. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese over top, then place back in the oven until cheese is brown. Yield: 2 servings per onion.
