CRANBERRY BREAD | |
3 eggs 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter, softened 1 tbsp. almond extract 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 1/2 c. cranberries 2/3 c. pecans, optional pineapple, optional Blend sugar and butter. Add eggs and almond extract. Add flour and mix. Stir in cranberries. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. |
