BLUEBERRY SQUARES 
2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Sift together the flour and sugar; cut in butter until well chopped. Save 3/4 cup for topping. Add baking powder, salt, 2 unbeaten egg yolks and milk. Beat for 3 minutes. Beat 2 egg whites until fluffy and fold into mixture. Sprinkle blueberries over bottom of greased 9 x 12 inch pan; sprinkle mixture over blueberries. Sprinkle 3/4 cup reserved topping over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
