ASIA FRIED RICE 
1 egg
1 oz. diced onion
1 oz. diced ham
1 oz. cooked diced shrimp
1 oz. bean sprouts
1/2 tsp. salt
Sm. amount of thick sauce (molasses)
Cooking oil
1 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 oz. diced pork, cooked
1 qt. cooked white rice
1 oz. lettuce, chopped
Pinch of MSG (optional)

Heat wok to red hot and stir fry the egg in about 3 teaspoons of cooking oil. Add the onion, mushrooms, ham, pork, and shrimp. Stir and continue to fry. Add rice, while stirring. Add salt and stir. Last, add the MSG (optional), the bean sprouts, molasses, and lettuce. Stir fry and serve hot.
