1 head cauliflower, washed & cut up
2 sm. pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked according to pkg. directions
3 stalks celery, cut up
2 tsp. sweet onion, chopped
1 c. Hellmann's dressing + 2 tbsp. milk

Mix together and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
