MARISSA'S FAVORITE CREAMED EGGS 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
6-8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. dry mustard, optional

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour and mustard. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thick. Stir in eggs. Heat through. Season to taste. Serve over biscuits or English muffins.
