WEIGHT WATCHERS APPLE CHEDDAR
SALAD
 
2 sm. apples, quartered
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sliced celery
6 oz. W.W. mild Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 c. W.W. mayonnaise

Thinly slice apples and toss with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients. Makes 4 servings. (1 serving = 1 P, 1 V, 1 1/2 Fa, 1/2 Fr.) If nonfat mayonnaise is used, take out fats and add optional calories.
