VELVET PEAR SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) can pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
Green food coloring

Set aside 1 pear half for garnish. Dissolve lemon and lime Jello in boiling water. Place canned pears and syrup, dissolved gelatin, cream cheese and lemon juice (a portion at a time in blender, mix for several seconds). When mixture is thoroughly combined, pour into an oiled 2 quart mold. Chill until set. Cut reserved pear in half into thirds and tint with green food color diluted with water. Unmold on lettuce lined platter.
