WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tbsp. honey
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
Options: Bananas, blueberries or apples

Beat together milk, eggs and honey until smooth. Blend in flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt and oil. Add a fruit. Pour batter by large spoonfuls onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Bake until bubbles form on top. Turn and brown other side. Serve hot with molasses or maple syrup.
