WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sliced banana
2/3 c. blueberries

May use 1/2 cup chopped walnuts instead of blueberries.

Place milk, butter, and egg in bowl. Whip for 30 seconds. Add whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whip 30 seconds until combined. Add fruit. Drop onto a greased griddle and cook until bubbles form on surface. Turn and cook until golden brown on underside. Serve immediately. Yield: 10 pancakes.
