1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter (melted)
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 1/3 c. (3 1/2 oz. can) flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Measure cornflakes, butter and sugar into 13x9x2 pan. Mix thoroughly. With back of spoon press evenly and firmly in bottom of pan to form crust.

Sprinkle walnuts evenly over crust. Scatter chocolate bits over walnuts. Sprinkle coconut over chocolate bits. Pour condensed milk evenly over coconut. Bake 350 degrees 25 minutes. Cool. Cut in bars.
