LIME RING SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 drop green food coloring
16 lg. marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. chopped pecans

Stir gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add food color. In a saucepan over low heat melt marshmallows in remaining cup of water until melted. Add to gelatin mixture. Cool until thick and syrupy. Beat undrained pineapple into cream cheese until blended. Stir in gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream and pecans. Pour into ring mold. Cover and chill until set.

If desired, shake red seedless grapes in sugar until coated and put in center of ring after unmolded. This makes a pretty salad for Christmas.
