BANANA PINEAPPLE SALAD 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Banana
Cool Whip
Nuts

Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick butter and press in pan. Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs and put on top of crust. Add layer of pineapple. Slice bananas on top of layer of pineapple. Put Cool Whip on top and a garnish of nuts.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

This favorite summer time salad is laden with calories, fat and sodium. The key ingredients; butter, sugar, eggs, nuts, and whipped topping, cannot be altered to lower total calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium without significantly changing the finished product. Please enjoy in moderation.
