HAM AND TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. each turkey and ham, diced
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 oz. noodles
Canned mushrooms
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Allow an 8 ounce package of cream cheese to soften at room temperature, then gradually add 1 cup of milk and blend until the mixture is smooth.

Put into a skillet or saucepan and heat, adding 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt. Now add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, the ham and turkey, 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1/4 cup chopped green pepper. Mix well.

In another saucepan cook a small package (4 ounces) of noodles, then drain. Pour the meat and sauce over the noodles and toss lightly and add a small jar of mushroom caps, drained.

Place in a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded Swiss cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6. Good enough for special occasions.
