KIDNEY BEAN SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans 1/4 c. diced celery 3 dill or sweet pickles, chopped 1 sm. onion, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper About 1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced Mix all ingredients except the eggs. Add eggs and toss lightly. Chill at least 4 hours. Makes 6 servings. |
