CAULIFLOWER QUICHE 
20 oz. bag cauliflower (frozen)
8 slices cheese (Velveeta)
1/4 c. milk
6 lg. eggs
8 or 9 inch cake pan (round)

Cook cauliflower according to instructions on the bag. Combine eggs and milk. Scramble the mixture. In a 9 inch cake pan (use cooking spray on surface), layer a small amount of egg mixture, then 4 slices of the cheese. Add the cooked cauliflower. Add an additional layer of cheese (4 slices). Pour the remaining egg mixture over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
