HOT POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 1 lb. sour cream 1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. crushed potato chips Mix together hash browns, sour cream, and soup in a casserole dish. Drizzle melted butter over mixture. Sprinkle chips over top. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour or more. |
