WONDERFUL SALMON BALL 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1/4 tsp. liquid barbecue smoke
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. fresh parsley

Mix all except parsley and pecans. Form ball. Chill. Roll in pecans and parsley.
