MAMA STEVEN'S COOKLESS FRUITCAKE 
1 lb. each candied cherries, pineapple, citron, golden raisins and pecans
2 lbs. graham crackers, crushed fine
4 cans condensed milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. each salt, ground cinnamon, cloves and allspice
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. vanilla

Save some pecans, cherries and pineapple for top; cut up balance of fruit. In large pan mix crumbs, nuts and fruit. In separate pan mix milk, salt, cocoa, brown sugar, spices and vanilla. Pour milk mixture over crumbs and fruit. Use hands to mix well. Work quickly before it sets. Press into container lined with waxed paper. Decorate top with pecans, cherries and pineapple. Let set 3 days; remove from pan. Wrap in cheesecloth.
