MEXICAN QUICHE 
1 dozen eggs
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve with salsa, if desired.
