CORNED BEEF DIP 
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can corned beef
1 c. tomatoes, drained
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
Hot sauce to taste

Saute diced onion in melted butter. Add corned beef, tomatoes, cheese and hot sauce. Stir over medium to low heat until cheese melts. Keep warm in chafing dish and serve.
